A formal client relationship is established only through a signed engagement agreement. That engagement agreement — not these website Terms — governs the substantive terms of our work for you, including scope of services, fees, payment, client responsibilities, confidentiality, deliverables, and termination. If anything in these Terms conflicts with a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement controls.
These Terms govern your use of this website and any communications you receive from us (including SMS and email) prior to or outside of an active engagement.
Program Description. Red Door Taxes Inc. sends SMS text messages to existing and prospective clients who have opted in. Messages may include appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations and changes, document requests, return status updates, billing notifications, and other communications related to your tax matter. Red Door Taxes Inc. does not send promotional or bulk marketing messages.

Opt-Out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After you reply STOP, we will send a confirmation message and will not send you further SMS messages. If you want to join again, you can sign up as you did the first time.

Carrier Liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or service.
Non-Sharing of Opt-In Data. Mobile opt-in information and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared only with subcontractors that support our messaging service (such as aggregators and SMS service providers), solely to deliver the messages.
